On this page
These terms cover the mobile apps made by the studio and this website. The apps run on iOS and Android. Each product is made for both platforms. Behavior, design, build, testing, release, and the updates that follow are planned as one shared path, then carried out on each system. By using an app or this site, you take these terms as the rules for that use.
What these terms cover
The studio has built mobile apps for years. The same facts show up in every product we ship now. An in-app assistant may talk with you. It is not a human and it is not professional advice. The apps do not build a personal profile, and users do not send personal data to each other. Attribution uses Singular. Push notifications use OneSignal. The only identifying item those features rely on is a unique id. The privacy note on this site explains each of those points in full. These terms say what you may do with the product, and what you can expect when something goes wrong.
Acceptable use
Use the apps for the purpose shown in their screens. Do not try to break the service, probe it for weaknesses, interfere with other people’s devices, or overload it. Do not use the assistant to produce material that is unlawful, and do not send another person’s private information into the app. The apps are not a place to store secrets, and they are not a channel to other users.
Do not pretend the assistant is a professional, and do not present its replies to someone else as if a specialist had written them. Do not attempt to pull another user’s unique id, messages, or notifications. There is no social layer to mine, and trying to invent one is outside these terms. If a use is not offered on the screen, assume it is not allowed.
Limits of the assistant
An in-app assistant may reply when you write to it. The assistant is software. It is not a human sitting behind the chat. It does not provide professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. You are responsible for decisions you make after reading a reply. What you write is used only to answer you. It is not passed to other users, and it is not turned into a profile.
The assistant can be incomplete or wrong. A confident sentence is not a guarantee. If the stakes are real, go to a qualified person, not to the chat. If you need the studio itself, send an email. The assistant is not that inbox, and a message typed into the app is not a notice to the developer under the disputes section below.
Information the apps handle
The apps do not build a personal profile. They do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location for that profile, because there is no such profile. Users do not send personal data to each other. There is no directory and no shared mailbox inside the product.
Attribution is handled by Singular. Push notifications are handled by OneSignal, and only if you allow notifications on the device. The only identifying item those features rely on is a unique id. That id is not your name and it is not shared with other users. The privacy note describes Singular, OneSignal, the assistant, and the unique id in more detail. If those practices change, the privacy note’s date changes with them.
If you email the developer, that message is correspondence with the studio, not a row in an app profile. The contact form on this site only opens your email app. It does not store the letter on a server of ours.
Availability and updates
We work to keep the apps and this site available, and we ship updates for both platforms when the product changes. Availability is not guaranteed. A release can be delayed, a notification can fail to arrive, the assistant can be offline, and a screen can be removed. An update on iOS and an update on Android are meant to land as a pair, but store review and device differences can separate them in time.
We do not promise a particular outcome from using the apps. Testing before release reduces mistakes. It does not erase them. If a build misbehaves, stop using the broken path and write to the developer with the platform and what you saw.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows which version you are reading. The new text replaces the old text on this page. Continued use of the apps after a new date is posted means the terms with that date are the ones in force. The privacy note may change on its own date. Read both dates if you want the current pair. We do not bury a change in a screen of the app and leave this page stale on purpose.
Disputes
If you have a dispute about the apps, this site, the assistant, these terms, or the privacy note, write to the developer first. Describe what happened, which platform you used, and what you want done. Writing to the developer is how disputes are raised and resolved under these terms. A complaint typed only into the assistant does not start that process, because the assistant is not the developer and does not speak for the studio in a dispute.
We will read the message and respond. Give the correspondence a reasonable chance to work before you look for another forum. If a law where you live gives you a right that these terms cannot take away, that right remains. Nothing here asks you to waive a protection you cannot waive.

Notices under these terms go to the developer at the address below. Include enough detail to find the product and the issue.
